Total Telco Group Wholesale has become aware of an outage impacting our L2/L3+ delivered mobile broadband services, this is being investigated as a priority and we will advise of any updates when available

Total Telco Group Wholesale has become aware of an outage impacting our L2/L3+ delivered mobile broadband services, carrier has advised nationwide major issue on their network resulting in loss of connection with impact to our L2/L3+ delivery. This is currently under investigation and further isolation by carrier T2 engineers.

Next update is expected by 16:00 AEST, we will advise if anything is received sooner.

 

Update 17:05 AEST

The outage is continuing to be investigates by engineering teams. We have no ETR at this stage, but will update here once we do.

 

Update 18:00 AEST - Services Restored!

Service has been restored. Issue was a core trunking in NSW.

Issue effected L2/L3 mobile data services only. L3 mobile voice+data services weren't effected.

If you are still experiencing issues, it is suggested that you power cycle CPE equipment before contacting Total Telco Group support.
