Ok, I am still having trouble with this. Since Microsoft no longer supports POP email collection, we have had to use a gmail address as a temp fix.

At least, replying to tickets now via email will get to us, but won't be inserted into the ticket. Until this is fixed, pls login to the ticket system to reply to tickets, please don't reply to tickets via email as we more than likley won't see your replies and the tickets won't be updated.

Microsoft have changed their email platform to only support modern authentication now. This means, POP3 is no longer supported. This is the protocol we used to collect email replies to tickets and pipe them through to the appropriate support ticket.

As a result, we now need to re engineer our email to support ticket mechanism and this might take time.

So in short, email to support ticket does not work currently, meaning, replies to support tickets via email won't update the ticket, you will need to a login to the ticket to update the ticket.

We apologies for the inconvenience and are working on a fix to this.
