Apr 30th Email server changeover
Tonight, we changed email from one system to another. It might take a few hours for the email DNS entries to propagate, so email might be unreliable for the next 12 Hrs or so.

5/3/23 Ok, I am still having trouble with this. Since Microsoft no longer supports POP email collection, we have had to use a gmail address as a temp fix. At least, replying to tickets now via email will get to us, but won't be inserted into the ticket. Until this is fixed, pls login to the ticket system to reply to tickets, please don't reply ...
