The outage should only be around 5 minutes.
The reason for the outages is to upgrade the servers to the latest software revisions.

Hi All, I just wanted to let you all know that the ticketing server ( billing.totaltelco.com.au ) upgrade is complete and tickets are processing as per normal again. Sip6 and Sip7 will be taken offline for 15- 30 mins at 3am tomorrow morning (5/5/21).
We will be performing software upgrades and node reconfigurations.
Servers should be back up by 3:15am to 3:30am on the 5/5/21
