Upgrade Voice Switched sip6 and sip7 tonight at midnight AEST - Completed

Hi all,

Tonight, at midnight AEST, we'll be updating voice switches sip6 and sip7.

The outage should only be around 5 minutes.

The reason for the outages is to upgrade the servers to the latest software revisions.

Netcomm NL1901ACV routers now out of stock until April 2022 I am told.

Upgraded this server - Complete

Hi All, I just wanted to let you all know that the ticketing server ( billing.totaltelco.com.au ) upgrade is complete and tickets are processing as per normal again. Voice Switch will re upgraded at 3am 5/5/21

Sip6 and Sip7 will be taken offline for 15- 30 mins at 3am tomorrow morning (5/5/21).

We will be performing software upgrades and node reconfigurations.

Servers should be back up by 3:15am to 3:30am on the 5/5/21
