As NBN is slowly rolled our Nationally by NBNCo, areas will have their Copper Services shut down. Typically, a year or so after NBN has been rolled out to an area, copper services will be migrated to NBN. This will effect services such as analogue telephone lines and ADSL internet services. If you have either of these services, it might be worth calling us to discuss options.
Yes, when ordering a service from us, we list optional modems with our plan choices. We can also provide devices once off by calling us.

Yes, Total Telco provides services across Australia. Our head office is in Sydney, however, we provide services nationally from our Sydney office.
When you subscribe, we email you with your service settings and your portal login details. If you have lost these details, either call us to email us and we would be happy to provide these details for you. For security reasons, we don’t post generic details here.
Yes, our hosted voice has a raft of features. All of our hosted voice packages come with full IVR functionality. We don’t make you pay for for stuff like this.
Yes, if you are in an area that still supports ISDN or multiline digital phone channels, we can provide and support them.
Yes, we can provide both managed and unmanaged fibre services. We can provide dark fibre to support bandwidths upto 10Gbps.
