As NBN is slowly rolled our Nationally by NBNCo, areas will have their Copper Services shut down. Typically, a year or so after NBN has been rolled out to an area, copper services will be migrated to NBN. This will effect services such as analogue telephone lines and ADSL internet services. If you have either of these services, it might be worth calling us to discuss options.

We sure do. When ordering a NBN service from us, we will list compatible choices. We also can provide routers/modems once off. Call us for more details.

Some NBN products include a router and others do not. The following NBN products come with a termination device/router to provide you with an ethernet connection.

FTTP
FTTB
HFC

FTTN and FTTC terminate in copper and require a router. We can provide this if you do not have a suitable router. We provide this option at order time. Alternatively, you can visit our store to purchase one.

If you would like a WiFi router, then we can also provide this as an option.

When you subscribe, we email you with your service settings and your portal login details. If you have lost these details, either call us to email us and we would be happy to provide these details for you. For security reasons, we don’t post generic details here.

Yes, we can provide both managed and unmanaged fibre services. We can provide dark fibre to support bandwidths upto 10Gbps.

Yes, we currently provide routers, VoIP telephone handsets and switches. We are currently completing our online store, however, you can contact sales and they would be happy to help you with pricing.
