Frequently Asked Questions

Can your cloud voice system be used with NBN?

Yes, it can. Obviously, we would prefer you to use our NBN, but if not, you can use someone else’s NBN as well.

Can we trial your hosted voice platform first?

Sure, call us and we can arrange a free trial for you.

What handsets can your platform work with?

Our system works with Yealink, Grandstream, Snom and Polycom handsets. If you are looking to bring your own handset, that is fine, but we support team won't be able to guarantee that they can fully support it.

Can your cloud voice product work over ADSL? If so, how many handsets can ADSL support?

We don’t recommend ADSL for hosted voice, however, that being said, a good ADSL connection, that isn’t used for much data, should be able to support 1 to 2 handsets. If unsure, ask us, we can help determine for you. Can’t guarantee really.

Can I check my own voice mails and configure call routing to my own extension?

Yes you can. There are several levels of access in the user portal. There is user, manager and administrator.
