Description:          

Dear Valued Partner,

Vocus is experiencing a transmission loss in Aspley QLD. The Vocus engineering team is investigating the matter. Nbn services connected to Aspley may not be available. We will update further as we receive more information.

 

Here is a list of current events.

1:15 PM 29/09/2021: The case has been escalated with our upstream carrier. We will update further as we receive more information.

2:25 PM 29/09/2021: Upstream carrier is still working and there is no ETR provided. We will update further as we receive more information.

3:30 PM 29/09/2021: Upstream Carrier has engaged field technician on site. We will update further as we receive more information.

5:23 PM 29/09/2021: This outage is still current and investigations by the Upstream Carrier is ongoing. We will update further as we receive more information.

7:17 PM 29/09/2021: This outage is still current and investigations by the Upstream Carrier has completed. Further investigations by our engineers are continuing. The next update to be provided in the morning.

 

9:00 AM 30/09/2021: This outage was resolved last night after network hardware was replaced by technicians. Traffic returned to Aspley after 7:20pm.
