I just wanted to let you all know that the ticketing server ( billing.totaltelco.com.au ) upgrade is complete and tickets are processing as per normal again.
It does appear that the "email reply to tickets" mechanism is not working as reliably as it should since the upgrade. This is where you can reply to ticket emails and they update the ticket automagically. I will take a look at this in the next few days (I am pretty sure it will just be a cron issue), but for the time being, if you want to reply to a ticket, don't do it via email, instead, login to the portal and reply directly through the web interface.
