Email server changeover

Hi All,

Tonight, we changed email from one system to another. It might take a few hours for the email DNS entries to propagate, so email might be unreliable for the next 12 Hrs or so.

Support Ticket - Email replying doesn't update ticket - Updated 5/3/23

5/3/23 Ok, I am still having trouble with this. Since Microsoft no longer supports POP email collection, we have had to use a gmail address as a temp fix. Christmas and New Years trading hours

Optus NBN Ordering portal - Down

Vocus has a problem with their NBN provisioning portal. The issue is apparently with NBN.

Currently, we can limited vsibility of current NBN services, but cannot modify existing NBN services or order new NBN services.

Service reported 1am 13/12/22

Currently NBN is working on the issue, currently no ETR.

Vocus NBN Provisioning System Down

The Vocus NBN provisioning system is currently down. 

 

As a result, we can't provision any NBN services currently.

 

We will advise once resolved.
