Hi All, I just wanted to let you all know that the ticketing server ( billing.totaltelco.com.au ) upgrade is complete and tickets are processing as per normal again. It does appear that the "email reply to tickets" mechanism is not working as reliably as it should since the upgrade. This is where you can reply to ticket emails and they update ... לקריאה נוספת »
Sip6 and Sip7 will be taken offline for 15- 30 mins at 3am tomorrow morning (5/5/21).
We will be performing software upgrades and node reconfigurations.
Servers should be back up by 3:15am to 3:30am on the 5/5/21
